1. How long does it take for my items to arrive?
For albums, they'll arrive roughly 2-3 weeks AFTER batch ends and orders are sent in. They'll not arrive 2-3 weeks after you've submitted the order. The same goes for miscellaneous items. Do note that certain items may take a longer time than the others.

2. Can I pay when I collect my items?
This is based on a case-to-case basis. If you're a regular customer, the chances are higher. It also depends on what you purchase. Of course, it'll be better to pay in advance instead of when you're items are here. (:

3. Are the items instocks or preorder?
All items stated on the blog are preorder items unless otherwise stated (instocks are in the instock hyperlink).

4. What are the payment methods available?
You can choose to pay via (a) bank transfer/ibanking (preferred) (b) meet-up (depends on our schedule) and (c) concealed cash (AYOR).

5. Do the items come with posters (for albums)?
Posters are subject to availability. The newer the album (release date), the higher the chance of there being a poster. We'll definitely give you what comes with the items you ordered.

6. Will the items be bubblewrapped if I choose postage?
For albums and fragile items like nailpolishes, yes. Posters will be rolled up and sent. You can request for a poster tube (but you must top up for poster tubes aren't cheap. For normal
Postage, we'll eother roll up/fold the poster.

7. If I choose meetups, when and where can I get my items?
You can choose self-meetup at Choa Chu Kang for free, but it'll mostly be during the weekends due to our busy schedule(we're students thus we need to go to school and stuff).

8. How long do I have to wait to get my items after they arrive?
There may be some delays due to our hectic schedules, thus we seek your kind understanding and patience. We would post/give you your items ASAP but do note that we do have other commitments as well, so do be patient ya? (: Please try not to spam/sms us to ask if your items are here already or not, for we'll tell you (either by sms/tweet on @_kpopglitters) when the items are here. Threats are not entertained, and we'll blacklist you if you do so (we work on mutual trust and respect).

9. Are the albums really from Korea and count into the charts?
Yes, all albums are authentic and do count into the charts. Should there be the rare case that items are OOS,(we'll only know when they all arrived), we'll give you a full refund.
