1. We don't entertain rude customers, only nice ones are entertained.
2. Prices are not negotiable.
3. Items once bought, NOT refundable.
4. Once ordered, NO cancellations.
5. If the item looks different from pictures we posted, it's not our fault ):
6. You'll be blacklisted if you scam x( and whitelisted if you're super nice x)
  7. We do Meetups, Bank Transfer and Postage (Normal/Registered). We recommend Registered though. We will not be responsible for any item loss if you choose normal postage. (please indicate if you want normal/reg postage under the items segment, postage rates below) 8. Handphones and emails mandatory, for contacting.
9. No MIA-ing once you have ordered an item.
10.We have to be notified of postponing of Meetups at least 2 hours beforehand.
11. Mass Meetups locations will most likely be in town area (City Hall)
12. We will reply emails within 2 working days, so please be patient. ^^
13. We're flexible regarding payment, but please don't take too long or the orders will be delayed! We work based on trust. ^^
14. Posters subject to availability, but be assured that we'll definitely give you everything that comes with the album (etc Poster/Photocard/Additional Items) wherever possible.

- additional $1 for rings/small items
- additional $2-$4 for bulky items(bags, apparels, albums etc)
- free normal postage for orders $30 and above
- Do note that KPOP Glitters will not be held responsible for any item loss during mail should you choose normal postage.
Registered Postage (highly reccomended
- ALBUMS : $4 for 1 item, $6 for 2-3, $8 for 4 items
- Apparels,Hoodies, Bags, Wallets : (maximum of 2kg) $6
- Rings/Necklaces : $4 (max of 1 kg) - Tracking number will be sms-ed to you, and we'll also post it up on our blog, so do check!
